Was it necessary to bump the version of Npgsql so high (9.0.2)? This is breaking Hot Chocolate tests using 8.0.4.

If not, perhaps 8.0.3 (as the first non-vulnerable version in the 8.x line) might be a better option? (I can send a PR if that helps)
