This PR removes the contribution interest checkboxes from the GitHub feature request issue template to streamline the template by eliminating the section that asked contributors about their interest in helping implement requested features.
- Removes the "Contribution Interest" checkbox section from the feature request template
- Simplifies the template by removing 5 contribution-related checkbox options
