Updated latest concerns in Employee management Application

Key changes implemented:

• Need to Add Search Employee Feature in Nav Bar
• Need to Increase the width of the search bar while in focus
• Need to make correct UI in the mobile responsive for the Search bar
• Close icon in the search bar is visible without typing any word
• Need to show the tooltip while hovering the title in mobile view
• Need to remove the Branch from my profile section overview
• Need to adjust the height set for policy popup in mobile view
