synd-cli installation flow updates & fixes:

  • Simplified version input - users enter just 1.0.0 instead of synd-cli-v1.0.0 (workflow and install script)
  • Default installation now fetches latest stable release, excluding pre-releases
  • Pre-release versions (e.g., 1.0.0-rc.1) are automatically marked as such in GitHub
  • Added Windows x64 build
  • Interactive PATH setup prompt in install script
  • Fixed error message display when version fetch fails
