Support using rich-text at various places in TEAMMATES such as textual instructions or submissions.

Things to consider:

  1. Security issues such as cross-site scripting.
  2. Performance issues.
  3. Ability to embed online images.
  4. Ability to embed local images (by uploading).
  5. Ability to search text entered in rich-text format.
