We are aware of #20 and that @trishaoconnor is busy until next week, and may be working on this document further. However, we need this particular fix for our patch release tomorrow. Thus, with apologies to her (because this may cause merge conflicts on her end) we are going ahead and merging this now because it will be very helpful for us to be able to see a rendered version of this document during a stressful patch release tomorrow.
