TF2 server configs used by TF2Stadium (Specifically, by Pauling)
When setting up a server, configs are executed in the following order (filenames relative to configs/):
- base.cfg
- formats/<format>.cfg
- <league>/<mapType>_<format>.cfg
- after_format.cfg
