This pull request updates multiple Dockerfiles to use newer versions of key CLI tools and dependencies, ensuring the images stay current with upstream releases and benefit from the latest features, security patches, and bug fixes. The changes span AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Helm, CUE, yq, vcluster, and Playwright, and are applied consistently across cloud and on-premises variants.

Cloud CLI and Tooling Upgrades:

• Updated AWS CLI, Azure CLI, Google Cloud SDK, eksctl, Azure Bicep CLI, CUE, yq, vcluster, and Helm to their latest available versions in Dockerfile, Dockerfile-tester, Dockerfile-on-prem, and Dockerfile-tester-on-prem to ensure compatibility and security. Kubernetes and Related Tools:

Base Image and Playwright Updates:

• Bumped Playwright base images to v1.54.0 for both Ubuntu Noble and Jammy, ensuring browser automation tests run on the latest supported environments. [1] [2]

Cleanup and Consistency:

• Removed legacy tool references (e.g., TIBCO CLI) and ensured all Dockerfiles use the same versioning and installation logic for shared tools.
