QTZ is not a HQ release groups, it is a light releases groups.
Their releases are heavily encoded to be as light (in file size) as possible, which can be good or bad depends what you expect/want.
However, as the guide is focusing on quality stuff as much as possible, light releases cannot be considered part of it.

And that already discussed a lot of time on discord
