1.13 Classic - Full Carbonite Mod

Updated to add customizeable size to the Notes on the map.
Also updated the database for the quests to only show quests items that were usable that did not start a quest.
Added default variable to NxFavs to handle the new note size variable or I found we get tons of errors... Ooops.

v1.2 - Database and Buttons Update

Database should now hopefully be complete to just items that are usable and provided by a quest. All others should hopefully be removed.
Updated the Quest Items Button to show the tooltip of the quest item it should use.

This has updates to the Notes section to allow a custom sizing for the Note Icons.
Please Note: For the changes to take effect you need to open the world map and mouse over a zone with the notes. Not sure why at this time. Im investigating.

v1.1 - QuestItems Update - Initial

Pulled a few old sources of mine and updated them to extract a list of quests that provided items and what quest they were for.

We should now have a fairly complete list of quests however I expect some to be wrong still and some missing.
Please report ones missing in the issue tracker.
