This PR adds an additional example (Leftovers Chef) to the /examples folder.
It adds a template to enable non-technical community members to add examples by simply updating a config file.
The README has been updated with instructions how to use the template, along with comments in the
_config_template.pyfile.Open to discuss how to organize the template structure.
