fix: Suppress Publift Fuse cross-origin errors

Fixes TANSTACK-COM-15B. The issue was that: Publift Fuse ad script fails to access cross-origin iframe parent on iOS Safari due to Same-Origin Policy, causing TypeError.

• Wrapped fusetag.pageInit() calls in try...catch blocks to suppress potential cross-origin errors, especially on iOS Safari.
• Implemented a global window.onerror handler to specifically suppress Publift Fuse cross-origin errors, which occur due to strict Same-Origin Policy enforcement.
• Added an onError handler to the fuse.js script tag to suppress loading errors.
