This PR introduces a new raw-segment-based ayah boundary adjustment workflow that does not depend on pre-existing DB boundaries or inter-ayah gaps in source timestamps.
The new pipeline reads raw segments JSON, analyzes the recitation audio around ayah boundaries, detects low-volume/silence regions, and exports corrected ayah boundaries as JSON file that is compatible with Ayah boundaries visualizer.
