я пока не чищу старые записи, со всей этой работой с #13141 планирую использовать их как бэкап. Потом просто все sav файлы с сервера можно будет потереть.

Вынес часть из #13141, чтоб его не перегружать.
Сейвфайлы игроков больше не используются для хранения cid-ов, у нас уже давно есть база данных для этого.
ignore_cid_warningвообще никогда не использовался.Пока всё равно был тут, оформил админам две новые панельки для истории игроков. И сделал guard датум более постоянным, а то я устал наступать на грабли с бьендовским клиентом, которому ничего нельзя доверить.
