Visibility flag, back and forward support, mighty core, small fixes

This release contains some smaller fixes and some new features too:

MightyCore now compiles
Title optional on liquid crystal.
Visible flag now allows for hiding menu items at runtime.
Left / Back and Right / Forward functionality added.
MenuIterator security fixes and tidy up
Better editing on matrix keyboards.
