fixed build dependency issues

Note: There are some dependency issues in tag v3.8.4, and thus the gradlew build won't work. Particularly,

• com.leinardi.android:speed-dial:3.1.1
  Fixed by changing to version 3.3.0 which is backward compatible.
• com.github.pengrad:jdk9-deps:1.0
  Fixed by adding a repository maven { url 'https://repository.liferay.com/nexus/content/repositories/public/' }
