Fixes the following issue(s)

The current sad face looks somewhat crude. The eyes are large and hollow and frankly a bit scary! (When I posted this opinion online I got 38 likes, for whatever that's worth.) In my friend's words: "it makes the experience of not being able to watch a video just that little bit more worse". I'd like to replace it with something that looks "cuter", while still having character and being a bit lopsided like the current "monkey".

This question has some smart people's thoughts on why it's good to keep an error graphic on the delightful side.
