Implement language switcher at the top of the application #74
Description
Overview
Currently, there is no proper language switcher available at the top of the application. Implement a language selector UI for users to change the app language seamlessly.
Acceptance Criteria
- Add a language switcher dropdown or button in the top navigation bar
- Support at least English and French languages (more if available)
- Switching language updates all translatable text across the app immediately
- Persist selected language preference (e.g., in localStorage or cookies)
- UI is accessible and works on both desktop and mobile
- Language switcher is styled consistently with the rest of the app
- Tests for language switching logic and UI
Notes
- Use or integrate with existing i18n library if present
- Ensure that right-to-left languages (if supported) are properly handled
