App theme

Not to be confused with Theme, the app theme option under the General page of Mica Visual Studio's settings that controls the theme used with the undocumented SetPreferredAppMode function in uxtheme.dll (for options, see Theme). Most notably, it changes the theme of the system menu of all Visual Studio windows.
