[Elysia] Update Elysia to 1.2

This PR is intended to update Elysia to its latest version from 1.1 to 1.2.

• update Elysia to 1.2.9
• [/fortunes] inline renderTemplate into the handler
• Mark some areas as async function to reduce workload of Elysia's mapResponse
• add findThenRand to reduce microtask queue
• remove parseQueriesNumber unnecessary check before parsing query to a number
