[Zig/Httpz] Remove Mustache and Optimize Date Updates

• Removed unnecessary std.Thread.Mutex usage.
• Added a thread to periodically update the date.
• Changed the HTML rendering for fortunes to use a manual string builder instead of the mustache template engine.
• Use std.ArrayListUnmanaged instead of std.ArrayList.
