First alpha release

Not adding binaries yet, as the software isn't yet ready for consumer use. It's coming along very nicely and the API is just about done, still working on the GUI and haven't started on CLI support yet.

I'll start work on the CLI after the first "official" release, and start publishing the program around once that's done.
