Description

Added the GetSelfAssessmentRetirementDateById method to retrieve retirement date details for a self-assessment.

Introduced the RetirementDate property to the SelfAssessment class.

Implemented the CheckRetirementDate method to validate that the retirement date falls within a specified time range.

Created the RetirementViewModel class to support the ConfirmRetirement view.

Added the ConfirmRetirement action method to handle self-assessment retirement confirmation.

Developed the ConfirmRetirement.cshtml view to present the retirement confirmation interface to users.
