TD-480 Trimming of space at begining or end of the competency assessment name

Description

I removed leading and trailing spaces from the competency assessment name to prevent duplicate creation of competency assessments.

• Run the IDE auto formatter on all files I’ve worked on and made sure there are no IDE errors relating to them
