👋 Hi, I’m Tejas Sathe

Software Engineer (Java / Node.js / TypeScript) focused on distributed systems, low-latency services, and production reliability.
I have shipped across the stack Spring Boot + AWS EKS, Kafka event pipelines, Node.js + Next.js, and observability (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry) with a bias for clear metrics, safe rollouts, and operational rigor.

What I build

At Centiro (global logistics SaaS):

  • Scaled Spring Boot services to 22K RPS and kept tail latency stable with caching, load testing, and SLO-driven tuning.
  • Standardized Kafka schemas and CI compatibility gates for 1.8B events/day, improving safety across multiple teams.
  • Modernized frontend delivery with React 18 and a shared component system to reduce cycle time across teams.

At jambonz / FirstFive8 (Voice AI infrastructure):

  • Built SIP-to-LLM voice flows serving 1.2M sessions/month with strict latency budgets and reliability guardrails.
