💡 需求背景和解决方案
场景：业务需要禁止“点蒙层即关闭”时，仍然能触发蒙层点击事件。但现有实现把 onOverlayClick 触发条件和“closeOnOverlayClick”绑在一起，导致 closeOnOverlayClick={false} 时回调被屏蔽，无法触发蒙层点击事件。
解决：解耦蒙层点击回调与关闭逻辑。
