A middleware plugin for the tennu irc framework.
Allows banning a user from using any commands. Uses the users hostname as the source of truth.
Make sure to get the latest possible version of tennu-admin.

Exactly like (tennu-admin](https://github.com/Tennu/tennu-admin/#config) but replace "admins" with "banned".
