What was done in this PR:

  • Proxy Server using config.yaml names for getting the provider instead of id - this caused bugs with Bedrock since the name is Bedrock ConverseAPI but the id is bedrock.

How it was tested:

  • Ran tests and examples/core.py

Additional Notes:

  • had to update poetry.lock of SDK and tracker
