A.B.E. turns constitutional alignment into economic clarity.
It measures:
- Whether a policy, practice, or enforcement action is lawful
- How far it drifts from controlling authority
- What that drift costs people, communities, and budgets
- What correcting it restores
A.B.E. does not guess.
A.B.E. does not predict behavior.
A.B.E. does not enforce outcomes.
It inspects authority.
Everything runs locally in the browser:
- No logins
- No tracking
- No central server
- No cloud storage
- Uploads never leave the user’s device
All power originates from a single foundational source.
Everything else is delegated authority.
Delegated authority:
- has defined scope
- has specific purpose
- has exhaustion limits
- cannot lawfully expand itself
When authority exceeds what was delegated, systems drift.
Drift produces harm.
Harm produces economic loss.
A.B.E. exists to make that visible — and correctable.
A.B.E. is built on four non-negotiables:
-
Single Source of Authority
All power must trace to a foundational instrument
(constitution, charter, treaty, or legitimate governing compact). -
Bounded Delegation
Authority cannot consume tasks it was never delegated. -
Deterministic Logic
No probabilistic inference.
No behavioral modeling.
No intent attribution. -
User Sovereignty
No surveillance.
No monetization.
No data extraction.
This is a system designed to be trusted because it refuses to overreach.
A.B.E. is deliberately constrained.
It is not:
- a surveillance system
- a predictive or probabilistic model
- a behavioral scoring tool
- a law enforcement system
- a policy prescription engine
- an AI decision-maker
A.B.E. does not decide outcomes.
It inspects whether systems are authorized to act at all.
A.B.E. is made of public, modular components designed to work together from a shared truth.

Learn — Guided Engine Tips
- Interactive teaching modules

- Intake (OCR)
- Authority Alignment & Divergence (CAE / CDA)
- Economic Recovery (CIRI / CIBS / CII / Macro)
- Funding & Credit Integrity (CFF / AFFE / CCRI)
- Audit & Proof (Integration / System Map)
All modules operate from shared, inspectable truth.
A.B.E. applies to any system that exercises power through delegated authority.
This includes:
- Government & public administration
- Healthcare & insurance
- Financial & credit systems
- Regulatory agencies
- AI & automated decision systems
- Housing, labor, education, infrastructure
If a system can deny, compel, restrict, or impose irreversible effect — A.B.E. can inspect it.
A.B.E. does not export U.S. law or values.
To adapt globally:
- replace the foundational authority
- assign local authority weights
- retain the same inspection logic
This allows people and nations to examine their own systems without coercion.
A.B.E. is non-violent by design.
Correction is structural, not punitive.
- 100% client-side
- No back-end database
- No telemetry
- No analytics
- No data retention
Users close the tab — the system forgets.
Because when institutions drift from legitimate authority, the cost is real:
- lost wages
- unnecessary detention
- destroyed credit
- broken families
- hollowed communities
- misused public funds
A.B.E. exists to:
- show the drift
- quantify the harm
- map the recovery path
No one is above the law.
No one is beneath dignity.
Prosperity begins with fidelity.
