I didn't see this get merged. This implementation is more than a little rough. There was a longstanding request to allow the documentation to be compiled to PDF. This adds a hard dependency on HTML. This also adds it's own JS and CSS dependencies, which should be unnecessary considering the tools provided to us by sphinx. This is tabular data.
