Comment about commit tags: Conventional commits recommends using the tags proposed by angular for tagging. As such perf is reserved for changes that increase performance. We've reserved doc for project meta documentation, like modifications to the main readme, contribution guide and container readme. That leaves feat, fix, style, refactor, and chore for the remaining tags to be used for modifications to core RST.

chore(linux): AM62LX/AM62PX: Fix ref release-specific-build-information
2868862 
release-specific-build-information reference with list-table is used now
for release specific tag info on AM62Lx and AM62PX.

Hence updating the references in Foundational_Components sections accordingly.

While at it, fixed some vale errors and warnings.

TODO: Fix up the same methodology for all other devices closer to their next release.

The concept and formatting are good. I think it would be a good idea to isolate performance updates to their own PRs in the future, since the templates generating them are currently upsetting the linters.

I'll let others comment on the links themselves.
