Replaces the OpenGrid-era dot-matrix 'C' letterform in TopBar with the new CommonGrid mark: a symmetric 12-dot perimeter ring with a solid center square (F4 Minimal design). - components/TopBar.tsx: swap inline SVG to new mark - public/logo.svg: standalone logo asset with hardcoded fill - public/favicon.svg: SVG favicon (32x32, preferred over ICO)
