This merge request introduces a first PoC implementation of an external fsspec-based source for Fred. It adds a generic ingestion workflow capable of listing remote files, detecting changes, downloading them through an fsspec connector, and running the usual input/output processing pipeline. Folder structures are mapped to tags, and remote modification timestamps are stored in metadata. This PoC is functional and follows the existing ingestion architecture while remaining isolated from the current sources.
