Did not properly implement my last change; providing two arguments would cause it to only process the second.

Users can provide command line arguments to preselect their language and OS, skipping the function call to prompt them for those entirely. This allows you to automate this program, and maybe even expand the idea to have a flag that auto-determines OS and locale. This is my first pull request so let me know if I've done something wrong and I'll do my best to fix it.
