Multiobjective multifidelity and "rungs" of fidelity isn't super easy to implement 😅 Giving that a wide berth right now and focusing a bit more on bazel mechanics. |

@MrAMS work in progress. A bit of a mess currently, but going in the right direction 🤠
Structurally before I have all features is that I need to have a multi fidelity study.
First do some runs with only synthesis(the trick is to keep not too few, miss out on interesting ranges to examine, and not too many, increase running time), use that to seed place without timing/routing driven, then use that to seed a study for maximum fidelity.
