Preliminary findings: There are two identical large branch predictors that use this macro. One placed at the top left and the other bottom right. These branch predictors are effectively rotated 90 degrees. It looks like it could be useful to have two macro alternatives(to allow 90 degrees rotation) available and let the macro placer choose.
