I have completed the "init.py" files from inside 'linear_algebra' and 'src', they were empty prior to my work. This is my first time contributing, I hope everything works fine and that you appreciate my work.

• Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
• Add or change doctests? -- Note: Please avoid changing both code and tests in a single pull request.
