Add new test for bucket sort algorithm in sorts/bucket_sort.py

Describe your change:

bucket sort algorithm earlier had limited test coverage now it consist of
Sorting positive and negative integers.
Handling mixed positive and negative floating-point numbers.
Empty lists.
Single-element lists.
Repeated elements.
Lists with already sorted elements.
Handling extreme values

• Add an algorithm?
• Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
• Add or change doctests? -- Note: Please avoid changing both code and tests in a single pull request.
• Documentation change?
