Fix summary for ip addresses and resolutions

Fix for summary report not working and resolutions report not working.

Fixed following bugs:

• Added try/except for relations if statement, fixes [Bug] VirusTotal get report ip_addresses do not return report summary #1203
• Changed resolutions get_object to use get_json and fix json references, fixes [Bug] VirusTotal get report ip_addresses do not return 'resolutions' #1204

Not sure resolution(s) short report should be allowed to have another color than blue as this is just an information. High number doesn't mean that the observable is malicious as 0 does not mean this is safe.
