Adds a new color option "Has Debuff" to set color if there is a debuff on the unit, can be filtered like the debuff auras with "important" and "from you"
Tested by myself and some friends, no errors or issues with boss encounters, so hopefully this works.
Friend asked for this as its very helpfull to some classes, like druids, to know if they have put their debuff on everyone, reduces icon reliance to see if a target has a debuff.
Sort of addresses #201
