This project is outdated for quite a long time. The main purpose of this PR is to update it to use latest ODict format. To ease the development, I also made some small changes (cache downloads, update deps). But this PR only update wiktionary because I think it's easy to start with. And I want you to check if my POS mapping is right and if it can be improved. You can edit my commits if necessary.
If this is accepted, I may move on to update other generators when I have time. And I want to use this for my WIP ODict desktop app mydict, so I would like to sync this project with latest format in the future.
