feat!: support for remote dictionaries

Remote dictionary support is here! This PR greatly simplifies how users can use ODict by allowing you to pass remote dictionary identifiers, which will be automatically fetched from ODict's official R2 bucket.

For example, retrieving English Wiktionary in Node is now as simple as:

const dict = await Dictionary.load("wiktionary/eng");
console.log(dict.lookup("frog"));
