I have done that in state government, on a Deloitte surge contract, in private sector project operations, and in independent work where the only QA was mine.

My foundation is technical. I started in PC repair and IT support, where the job was to diagnose the actual problem, not the reported one. That instinct never left. It is why I catch what others miss, why my documentation survives staff turnover, and why the tools I build keep working after I am gone.

I do not need to be managed closely. I do not need the path cleared. I need a real problem and the autonomy to fix it right.

I work in systems. When something is off I do not patch it, I trace it. I think in terms of what needs to happen, in what order, and what has to be true for it to hold up. I am precise, independent, and direct. I set a high standard for my own work and I notice when others do not meet theirs.
