Stealth has no effect on GLA Bomb Truck

Adding stealth to a GLA Bomb Truck has currently no effect. It's not clear if this is the intended or desired behavior.

Maybe the design here could be:

GPS scrambled: Bomb Truck is stealthed when not disguised. Is disguised and not stealthed otherwise.

Its intended design behavior, since Disguise modules utilizes Stealth for it's behavior and the two can't overlap. I have revamped my StealthUpdate to be able to include both Stealth and Disguise separately.
