Add zoho iot webhook template

Summary

This pull request adds a new webhook integration template for Zoho IoT, enabling users to seamlessly forward uplink data from The Things Stack to Zoho’s IoT platform.

Changes

• Added zoho-iot.yml defining the Zoho IoT webhook template.
• Updated templates.yml to register the Zoho IoT integration.
