AP updates and location tracking fixes

• Fixes Tracker shouldn't be announcing remaining item count in GT #714
• Fixes an issue with AP seeds where someone uses !getitem with a bogus item name
• Fixes an issue with AP seeds where zelda keys for other players weren't getting counted as dungeon treasure
• Fixes an issue with AP seeds where dungeon treasure counts weren't always being announced
• Update the AP MSU patch to work with the current AP SMZ3 version and the next one where they remove the Star Fox credits
