1.0.0: Revived VS Code extension for Ceedling 1.0.0+

This release publishes a fork of the original VS Code extension with 1.0.0 functionality merged via contributor PR submitted in that original repository (see the Changelog). Support for versions of Ceedling prior to 1.0.0 has been removed.

Github Actions have not yet been enabled. This is a manual tag that correlates to a manual publication of the extension to VS Code Marketplace.
