FYI once we update to 2.7, if we need to do updates to earlier versions you can push a branch on this repo and it should be published.

hi @Shelnutt2 can osx-arm64 for tiledb-vcf be revisited? conda-forge gave me tiledb-2.9.4 but no tiledb-vcf. It now seems possible to get python-3.10.4 without too much weirdness if that was the blocker.

I was going to enable python 3.10 but its not ready in conda yet. So instead since I was there I've flipped on arm builds for linux and osx.
