Bug fixes

• bash_blind_rename.sh: guard checks now run before the 200-file prompt
• bash_blind_rename.sh: fixed set -e/pipefail interaction in rename loop (process substitution)
• bash_blind_rename.sh: removed dead IFS=$'\n'; switched CSV writes to printf
• revert_rename.sh: added set -euo pipefail, argument-count check, and first-comma CSV split
• ContentView.swift: subdirectories now skipped; rollback on partial rename; CSV write errors reported; revert failures reported
