This tersely documents a basic development setup for CIL, notably including an editable setup.
It offers explanation of caveats surrounding
cilacc, which is not rebuilt automatically. I expect that most new or tourist contributors will not run into this as they are most likely to contribute to the Python part of the source code.A small change is made to
